Karina with assignee Mikhail about her start as a relocation consultant

At a networking evening in the beautiful city of Koblenz, Judith and I happened to get talking. She had just the right job – Relocation Consultant – for me and I was immediately enthusiastic. I know how important it is to attract and integrate skilled workers for German companies. After a detailed conversation with her, we quickly agreed and within a few days I was already able to accompany Susanne Jung on a home finding.

Working with different people from different countries is exactly my thing. It is a lot of fun for me to support them in finding their new home. Through my 11 years abroad, I know from my own experience how difficult it is to find your way in a new environment.

Then I soon had my first tasks, which I took over alone. First an apartment handover, then 2 apartment viewings. I was very nervous and wanted to do everything right. I probably did way too much 😊. But it was exciting and worked out great.

Every client and customer have their individual stories and their individual needs. Everyone values different things in their home. One person wants it small and cozy, the other wants lots of space for their family. That always makes it challenging and exciting.

In the meantime, I regularly look after clients from a wide range of countries, and I always look forward to meeting each and every one of them.

I can hardly imagine a more fulfilling task than helping people from Germany and abroad to integrate into our beautiful home state of North Rhine-Westphalia or Rhineland-Palatinate.
